Jonathan personally developed Power BI and Tableau dashboards, Excel PivotTables and PivotCharts, and Power Query solutions. The work supported financial and operational reporting, state-level reporting, and organizational decisions.

As one of three Smartsheet administrators and an organizational subject matter expert, he developed sheets, configured automations, and built solutions used across the organization. He also used Microsoft Project professionally to track and coordinate projects alongside Smartsheet.

He personally developed and deployed an organization-wide database solution used by employees, using VB.NET, SQL, and Microsoft Access. A 2023 résumé records a 2022 Primary Care Association best-practice nomination for this work; the nomination is not presented as an award.
